Management Team

Paul Staples, Client Services Manager
Paul Staples is an experienced Travel Claims Manager having spent the last 15 years in various management roles, most recently managing Mondial’s Claims, Medical Assistance and Recoveries functions. As part of his medical assistance role, Paul was a member of the BMESF.
He had previously worked at CIL and AON, where he was in charge of the largest travel contract in the UK. During this time he helped develop a teleclaims system and an industry-leading overseas replacement goods service.
Andrew Commins began his career in travel claims management in 1993 when he joined Claims International Limited. He went on to work at The Claims Office and the Collinson Group before finally working at Europ Assistance as their Claims Manager, looking after both their UK and Irish claims facilities. It was in October 2007 that Andrew left Europ Assistance to form RightPath Insurance Solutions Limited.
He is no stranger within the industry having spent 9 years sitting on various travel insurance committees including Travel Loss Adjusters Committee (TLAC), Travel Insurers Claims Committee (TICC) and Travel Underwriters Group (TUG). His professional commitment has also seen him studying toward becoming an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, having already gained a Diploma and Certificate in IT for Insurance Professionals.
It was in his time spent as a Supplier Manager that Andrew observed missed opportunities in terms of technological enablers targeted specifically toward the travel claims market and quality-oriented claims services. This led him to create the RightPath brand.
