RightPath Claims is a division of RightPath Insurance Solutions Ltd. an innovations company specialising in development of expert system technology (www.rpisolutions.com). Established in 2007 it was the first independent company to deliver this technology directly to the travel claims market and on that basis has proven itself a leader in innovations.
It’s software, the Automated Travel Insurance Claims System (ATICS) is already being used to service high profile brands such as Lloyds TSB and American Express.
The main driver for the development of ATICS has always been the early realisation of the value of this particular technology applied to travel claims. We acknowledged from as far back as 2006 that ATICS would be the essential platform upon which we would ultimately launch a revolutionary claims service. However, ATICS is simply one innovation we are looking to introduce, with our mother company, RightPath Insurance Solutions Ltd. responsible for delivering innovative new enablers.
RightPath Claims has been created with the distinct objective to create and lead a new market of internal ‘outsourced’ claims support - a totally new way of supporting claims management companies.
