13/03/09 Mondial Claims Manager Joins Rightpath
Rightpath bolster their Management Team with appointment of Paul Staples, previously the Claims and Assistance Manager for Mondial UK, as Head of Operations.
As part of their growth plans, Rightpath have created the new role to oversee delivery of service excellence across new and existing services. Managing Director, Andrew Commins, confirmed “We’re delighted to see Paul join Rightpath. He has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience, and will add further strength and depth to our business.”
Paul said “I was already extremely impressed by Rightpath’s claims technology and believe our vision and drive will enable us to change the way travel claims are handled.”
