18/09/09 Rightpath launch travel claims service
The travel claims innovations specialist Rightpath Insurance Solutions has recently extended into the outsourced claims market with the launch of Rightpath Claims. Their first handling contract went live this month.
Founder and Managing Director, Andrew Commins explained that ‘Our strategy has always been to break into the (outsourced) claims market. Rightpath Claims has been an important part of our plans from inception and this has allowed us time to develop the model which will act as a centre of excellence for travel claims management. Our proposition is unique, comprehensive, and quite frankly is what the market has been crying-out for’.
One of Rightpath Claims’ new clients is Avid Insurance Services. Their Claims Manager, Paul Patterson, explained that ‘In today’s climate, quality and accuracy is crucial to our continued success. We were impressed by their proposal and had no hesitation in appointing Rightpath Claims.’
