Busiest month on record |
Counting across all line of business, January was the busiest month in Rightpath’s history, receiving over 3,400 claims in just one month.
Andrew Commins, Managing Director commented that “All key performances indicators were on-point and customer satisfaction rates at 96.2%. In the markets we serve, scalable excellence is massively important. We have seen continued strong growth, but last month has been the busiest on record. To deliver such high satisfaction rates whilst still pushing boundaries is testimony to how well we can service customers at all levels of scale.”
